I am an English teacher with a Masters degree from the Goldsmiths University of London. I worked for 3 years in London in various sectors, including music, promotion and administration.
In recent years I have been working on translations, proofreading for both students and academics. In particular, I have dedicated myself to PhD theses, curricula and motivational letters for Master's degrees and for jobs in the entertainment field.
I have successfully prepared many students to face certifications from B1 to C1 (such as FCE, CAE, IELTS).
I am currently graduating from the master's degree in Peace Studies.
I have a C2 grade A (Certificate of Proficiency in English, Cambridge).

The most important thing to learn is to immerse yourself in the language right away!
In my experience I have learned that practice is the best training. Therefore, during the lessons the conversation will be held exclusively in English.
The approach clearly varies a lot depending on level, objectives and age of the student, however my classes are grounded on some key strategies:
- the ability to use a broad vocabulary is essential to express at best; for this reason I constantly propose activities that can enrich the terminological background;
- the lesson is an exchange, in which the learner can share personal opinions, ideas and experiences;
- knowledge of a language passes through many areas: literary, media, technical, politics... so I always propose new challenges to get to know different contexts and stylistic registers to prepare my students.

I recommend Daniela to anyone who wants to seriously improve their English. As a teacher she is very prepared, with a precise working method that aims at effectiveness, and she understands what you need to achieve. No doubt about it, it is interesting and pleasant to have lessons with her! Very intelligent, able to guide you in learning and with British English, nice to listen to!
