Over Athena

Hello! I'm Athena, a Greek English teacher who is passionate about literature and eager to guide you through the wonderful journey of learning a new language and discovering new worlds. My goal is to equip you with all the necessary knowledge to understand and communicate effectively in English, so you can fully benefit from the opportunities that knowing English can offer you.

For those interested in literature, I can help unlock your creative momentum and provide advice on the structural aspects of your essays and assignments.

Over deze les

Teaching a language should be directly connected to the cultural context of that language, as languages do not exist in a void. My teaching methodology integrates formal training in English with exposure to authentic texts and audio, always tailored to the abilities of my students. The duration of lessons varies depending on the student's level and needs, typically ranging from 1 to 1.5 hours.

For undergraduate or graduate English literature students, tutoring is customized to address the specific requirements of their assignments or courses. With six years of academic training, I have acquired significant experience in guiding students to achieve top-tier results.

Certified English language teacher offers lessons to both young and adult learners. Also, an MA holder of a Literary Studies degree and editor of a graduate academic journal.
