Over Sara
My name is Sara, born and raised in Italy. In high school, I specialized in literature and classical languages. I've already taught Italian to children aged 3 to 6, and I've learned how to be patient and always positive (you could never be worse than that, trust me). I live abroad and constantly interact with people who want to learn the language but are too inconsistent to stick with Duolingo for more than a week or too bored to simply study from a grammar book. Personally, I'm deeply passionate about my native language, so I've decided to share this love with anyone who's even slightly curious. My approach emphasizes constructive communication between teacher and student. I'm committed to ensuring that the basic grammatical elements are mastered by heart, but at the same time, I break away from the archaic and outdated Italian taught in schools. I'll propose challenging but enjoyable tasks that often involve audiovisuals (movies, songs, games, TV series, cartoons, audio… everything according to your preference). Regardless, the learning process you undertake with me will be completely adaptable to your needs. I don't follow fixed patterns; we'll set various goals together over time and work to achieve them one by one.
