Over Venus
My passion for Pilates got ignited by my mother who is a Pilates trainer herself. I used to go to her classes when I was younger and at some point I started noticing that no matter how I felt before a lesson, I always walked out of it feeling significantly better. Consequently, at some point I decided that it would be amazing if I could gift that same feeling to others and show them the power of Pilates. It truly is a powerful modality that over time will make you feel more balanced, strong, flexible and centered withought having to feel like you are on the verge of fainting after each class. It is cerianly challenging and you may break a sweat from it but mostly it is about focus and balance, and engaging every single muscle in your body.
