Over IREM
I am a Yoga Alliance approved 200 hour Vinyasa-Hatha Yoga Instructor, certified by Peaceful Warriors in Bali. I have been practicing yoga since I was a child, introduced to it with animal poses, which then turned into a consistent practice. My passion for Ashtanga has evolved to creative Vinyasa and Hatha flows, as well as Yin moon practices.

Through my yoga classes I aim to share more knowledge about 8 limbs of yoga, allocate time for pranayama and meditation, and uplift my students with creative yoga flows combined with good tunes! With assists and adjustments, I prioritise healthy alignment. I enjoy adding unique elements from relevant practices like Budokon, empowering my students to refresh their body and mind.
