Over Lucie
I am a fourth year bachelor student in violin at Codarts (Superior Conservatory in Rotterdam). I'll graduate in June 2020 in both soloist and pedagogy diplomas. I am very passionate about pedagogy, I love to teach and share my knowledge, I like to see the students improving and growing as a musician, developping his/her skills and musicality, sharing our thoughts about creativity, his/her goals and interets in music. I started to teach 5 years ago and I have never stopped because it is a source of inspiration for both the student and the teacher!

My lessons are structured in order to talk about technical aspects always with the idea to achieve a musical idea. I am very careful about the student's expectations and goals; my lessons are structured according to the student which means that depending on yours goals, I will make sure to give you enough material and share with you the knowledge that you need as a beginner or an advance violinist. I come from the Franco-Belgian Russian violin tradition, so I usually structured my lesson in order to have technical development, I always give pieces according to your taste as much as possible and I do like to talk about technical aspects and musical ideas on the same piece in order for you to see the connection between skills and music. During the lesson, I also like to sing, to move, to do some funny hearing training on the piano, and to do some warm up body exercices as well!
