Over Dima
I grew up surrounded by music, starting piano at age 5 and falling in love with trumpet at 10, especially in jazz and big band. Teaching became my joy during my time at the Academy of Arts in Kazakhstan. Four years ago, I jumped at the chance to study at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, where I'm almost done with my degree. Alongside my studies, I'm also performing with various groups such as Gallowstreet, Jungle by Night and writing my music. This summer I'm going to release my debut album.
Qualifications and Experience: With 8 years of teaching experience and knowledge gained from attending masterclasses and private lessons with outstanding musicians worldwide, you can trust that you're receiving instruction from a knowledgeable and experienced teacher. I have five more spots open for new students, who I'd be happy to teach, so let's make music together and discover your potential :)

Teaching Techniques and Methodology:
Our lessons are designed using proven teaching methods and techniques to help you master the trumpet and understand musical harmony effectively.
In our lessons, we'll focus on honing your trumpet technique while also developing your ear training skills. By mastering these aspects, you'll gain the ability to play any song by ear and improvise with confidence. Coupled with a deep understanding of harmony, you'll have the tools to perform in front of an audience and collaborate with other musicians if you choose to do so. Let's embark on this musical journey together and unlock your full potential!
Lesson Duration:
Each session typically lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour, providing ample time to cover essential concepts and practice techniques.
All Ages and Levels: Our lessons are tailored to individuals of all levels and ages. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player, and regardless of your age, our lessons are personalized to suit your needs and goals.

Great lessons from a nice guy :) He is professional and helps me feel the instrument very well
Dima is very professional, will teach techniques and most importantly music theory for Jazz. He's patient and will explore what's the best way to teach each student instead of applying the same to everyone. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking for a trumpet teacher.
