My name is Sevval, and I enjoy helping expats feel at home in the Netherlands by learning Dutch in a clear and encouraging way. I understand the challenges of studying a new language, so I create a safe and motivating space where students can practice without stress.
I adapt each lesson to the learner’s needs, whether the goal is everyday conversation, professional communication, or preparing for the NT2 state exam. With patience, structure, and practical examples, I guide students step by step until they feel confident using Dutch in real situations.

My teaching style is interactive and student-focused. I guide learners step by step, using real-life situations and examples that connect directly to daily life in the Netherlands. I make sure students feel confident to ask questions and practice speaking without pressure. A typical lesson begins with a short review, then introduces a new topic with clear explanations, followed by guided practice, independent exercises, and a short recap.
I specialize in building communication skills for everyday life, work, and study. This includes preparing for the NT2 state exam, improving fluency in social and professional settings, and developing stronger reading and writing skills. I adapt my lessons to each student’s level and pace, offering patient support and practical exercises that make Dutch both useful and enjoyable to learn.
My lessons are designed for expats and international learners who want to feel more confident living, working, or studying in the Netherlands.
