Hi fellow Yogi! My name is Sophie :) As your personal yoga guide, my priority lies in creating a safe space for you to foster a deeper mental physical and spiritual connection to your practice.
Based on your needs, I tailor my lessons to adapt to your goals. I am big on modifications, and will always offer ways to improve your experience with any adjustments necessary.

I am a certified yoga instructor, specializing in Yoga Vinyasa flows, (breath to movement asanas, chatarangas, and an array of dynamic sequencing) Yoga Sculpt (tone and define every major muscle group to fun upbeat music), Yoga Barre, (incorporation of ballet barre & classic dance movies while focusing on high reps of small range movements), Yoga Relax and Flow (slower paced vinyasa flow on days where you feel like sloooowinggg down.) Yin Yoga, (restorative, longer holds, think 3-7min in a pose, :) targeting deep muscular restoration and release, granting improved mobility, etc.) Meditation sessions (focusing on breath work, energy cleansing, visualization, manifestation, create space for you to feel the full spectrum of emotions, departing your session uplifted and energized), I also offer various dynamic sequences and will tailor my sessions to meet your needs especially if there are any previous/ongoing injuries. Modifications are incredibly important for all Yogi levels. :)
