About Me:
I am a Master's graduate in Work, Organisational and Health Psychology, having completed my MSc with a focus on understanding human behaviour in professional and social contexts. My academic journey has taken me across international environments, giving me a genuinely global perspective on the subjects I teach, something that naturally enriches lessons in Psychology, Sociology and Geopolitics.
I have always believed that the best teachers are the ones who never stopped being curious students themselves. That belief shapes everything about how I approach teaching. I don't just want you to pass your exam, I want you to walk away from our sessions genuinely interested in how the human mind works, why societies are structured the way they are, and how global forces shape the world we live in.
Beyond academia, I have a keen interest in personal finance, global affairs, and behavioural economics; areas that overlap naturally with the subjects I teach and allow me to bring fresh, current perspectives into every lesson. I am naturally patient and enthusiastic, and I adapt quickly to each student's learning pace and style.
Whether you are a student navigating your first encounter with academic Psychology or Sociology, or someone just interested in knowing and understanding this field, I will meet you exactly where you are and help you get to where you want to be. About My Lessons:
Psychology, Sociology, and Geopolitics are not just academic subjects; they are the lenses through which we understand human behaviour, social systems, and the world around us. My goal is to make these subjects feel alive, relevant, and genuinely fascinating rather than something to memorise for an exam.
I hold an MSc in Work, Organisational and Health Psychology, which gives me both deep theoretical grounding and a practical understanding of how psychological concepts apply in real-world contexts from the workplace to global political dynamics.
How I teach:
Every lesson begins with the concept itself, clearly explained, broken down to its core, with no jargon unless necessary. Once the foundation is solid, we move to application: real-world case studies, current events, and relatable examples that make abstract theories stick. I use visual mind maps and diagrams extensively to help students see connections between ideas rather than treating topics as isolated facts. I believe that a well-told story is the most powerful teaching tool there is, so wherever possible, I bring theory to life through narratives that are memorable long after the lesson ends.
A typical lesson looks like this:
We start with a quick recap of the previous session to reinforce retention. I then introduce the new concept with a clear explanation before anchoring it with a real-world example or case study. The second half of the lesson is interactive, I encourage questions, discussion, and critical thinking. We finish with a brief summary and I set a focused task to consolidate learning before the next session.
