Over Irini
Since a very young age, I have been passionate about setting goals and making the perfect plan in order to achieve them! I have many interests and like to constantly learn new things. I am currently a full-time PhD researcher, learn 2 new languages (I speak 7 in total), play the piano, have sport-related hobbies (badminton and dancing), travel a lot, spend time on creative activities (e.g. cloth and jewelry making), and still have time to have a social life and relax. I achieve this through careful everyday planning and self-motivation. Helping others to achieve their goals fulfills me and is something that I have been doing for many years. In 2020 I decided to become a certified life coach and have since been working with clients from all over the world. I am looking forward to meeting you and help you improve your day-to-day life!

I am an academic researcher that offers life coaching to people that need some help for organizing their life and accomplish their goals.
I have a certificate in life coaching and have followed several seminars in time management, planning, goal setting, procrastination, etc. I am specializing in goal attainment, career, fitness, and financial coaching. I am also experienced in relationship and mental health coaching. I work on structured 45-minute sessions and you can expect to walk away with a clear sense of what you do well, how you can improve and what your next goals should be. During the first session, we will get to know each other and identify life aspects that we could work on together.
