Over Anouk
I have an academic background in education and experience in guiding students. Language and communication have always interested me, and I enjoy helping others develop their skills in this area.
In my teaching, I focus on a personal and calm approach. I take the time to really understand each student and adapt to what they need.
I believe it is important that you feel comfortable during the lesson, so there is space to practice and improve. At the same time, I work in a focused and structured way, so you can clearly see your progress.

In my lessons, I work in a personal and relaxed way, adapted to your level, learning style and goals. In the first lesson, we look at where you are now and what you want to achieve, so we can work in a focused and structured way.
I take the time to really understand how you learn and what works for you. I use a practical approach where we learn to actively use the language step by step. We mainly focus on speaking and understanding, so you can use Dutch in real-life situations. I can also explain things in English when needed.
A typical lesson starts with a short check-in: how did it go and what did you find difficult? Then we work with targeted exercises and explanations. We improve step by step, while also building on what you already do well. I give clear and constructive feedback and create a safe environment where you feel comfortable to practice and make mistakes.
My lessons are suitable for beginners and lower-intermediate learners (A1–B1) who want to improve their Dutch for daily life, study or work.
