Over Swati
With an experience of more than 5 years as Senior Mathematics Teacher, my mission is to create a friendly and stress-free learning environment, to inspire my students to be lifelong independent learners and to motivate them to actively participate in the learning processes to achieve their full potential. I aim to raise the bar of my students by observing, modifying and reevaluating utilizing numerous teaching strategies which give them the opportunity to apply their knowledge. I taught a large group of students varying from 40 to 60 per class hailing from various backgrounds and all of them have shown their trust and have respected me as their mentor and with great pride I can say today that some of them are studying in good colleges and universities and few have gone ahead to become future leaders in various industries. I am passionate about the teaching profession and keen to work more in the education sector and aspire to be a part of an organization who believe in investing in future generations and educating students for their better future.
