안녕하세요!
Hi, I am Boyoung!
I am from Korea and currently studying at the University of Amsterdam.
I am currently teaching Korean at the Korean School in Amsterdam. I have taught students ranging in age from 5 to 30, and I have experience teaching in kindergarten as well as giving private Korean lessons.
I apply my 7 years of experience in my classes, using teaching methods I have learned through various teacher training seminars.

We will talk about your learning goals and create personalized program to help you achieve them. My goal as your tutor is to help you learn language and share the rich social and cultural context of Korea!
*I will provide you with some learning materials that I created.
Program
-Pronunciation
We will practice pronunciation together. I will help you make the right sounds and intonation by guiding you on the correct tongue and lip positions for each consonant and vowel sound.
-Speaking
We will practice speaking in a natural and engaging way. Through various situational contexts, you will learn how to express yourself clearly and confidently in Korean.
-Listening
We will train your ears to recognise different sounds, tones, and speech patterns. Through various audio materials and conversation practice, you will gradually improve your listening comprehension.
-Reading
We will read short stories or articles depending on your level. I will help you understand sentence structure, vocabulary, and cultural context behind the text.
-Writing
We will build your writing skills step by step-from basic sentence construction to writing about your thoughts or daily life. You will learn proper sentence flow and how to express your ideas clearly in written Korean.
