Over Yurim

Hello! I'm Yurim, your Korean tutor from Korea based in the Netherlands and a Korean language content creator with 18K+ followers.

I have experience teaching Korean using professional language course books tailored to each student’s level. I’m confident in teaching Korean from A0 to c1, whether you're a complete beginner or already able to have conversations in Korean.

You don’t need to worry about buying any textbooks! Every lesson includes my own slides, vocabulary quizzes, and homework to help you review and practice what you’ve learned. I’ll be there to keep you motivated and help you make steady progress. :)

My main profession is as a user experience designer, and I also have four years of experience in digital marketing. So, if you're planning to study, work, or build a career in Korea, I can also help you understand Korean workplace culture, communication styles, and everyday life.

So, why am I here as your Korean tutor? Because I believe language is more than just vocabulary and grammar. It’s a key to understanding people, culture, and stories, and I have plenty of those to share!

If you're looking for Korean lessons that are structured but still relaxed and fun, with cultural insights and lots of real conversation, I’d love to study with you!

I have been teaching Korean for almost 3 years with more than 80 students. Also, I have 18k followers as a Korean influencer! Our lessons are going to be followed by Korean professional curriculum books. I have my Korean teaching book for beginner to intermediate level. With me, you can talk like a native easily Each lesson, I will share with you a Quizlet with words, lesson slides, and homework (workbook)!

Learning a new language, especially the beautiful and intricate world of Korean, is like unlocking a treasure chest of possibilities. I want to be your guide on this incredible journey, where every word you learn is a step closer to a richer and more interconnected world.

Imagine the thrill of mastering a new phrase, the joy of understanding a K-drama without subtitles, or the pride of having a conversation in Korean with newfound friends. It's not just about words; it's about discovering a culture, building connections, and expanding your horizons.

I've walked the path of language discovery, from the lively streets of Korea to the charming landscapes of the Netherlands, and I'm here to share my passion with you. As your tutor, I don't just see you as a student; I see you as a language explorer ready to embrace the wonders of Korean.

Feel the excitement? Got questions? Let's chat! Your Korean language journey is about to begin, and I can't wait to be a part of your success story.
