Hello! My name is Nishtha, it's nice to meet you.
I'm from India. I am an 18 year-old student who studies Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a major in Psychology, in The Netherlands. I love reading books, listening to music, going to record stores and secondhand shops, playing badminton and cooking. One of my special talents is doing Latte Art. I'm a calm, driven person who loves to help others achieve their goals. I am generally quite patient and lenient so there is no need to worry about strictness, although I do care about punctuality, so I request that you be on time for class please!
I am excited to embark on this journey to help you improve your grades and become a better student!

I would like to explain my method of teaching here, as well as my experience and the content I can help you with.
I will start off by, first, asking what you need guidance with. Whether it's grammar exercises, writing or going over an essay, preparing for an exam, I am sure I can help you with all of it!
Speaking of which, I can also help with English literature, such as analysing poems, summarising academic text, etc. Additionally I can help with assignments. Do not worry if you make mistakes, that's how we learn!
My lessons will be 1 hour long, but sometimes I can extend it to 1 hour 30 minutes if you need extra time or more help, but generally the length of my lessons do not exceed 1 hour.
I've been learning English as my first language since elementary school. I grew up in India but because of my schooling I have been fluent in English since I was a child. Now I live in Europe and go to university here, for which I needed to pass the IELTS exam, in which I got a band score of 8.5, which borders the "Very Good" mark.
Please note that I will only teach till grade 12 i.e. school level English. My offer is not to teach English as a language itself, nor is it to teach English language or literature at University level. However, I can also help in preparing for IELTS English exams, though I am not certified for it-- we can add it into our lesson if need be.
