Over Marta
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education from the University of Granada, as well as a Bachelor of Music in Viola Performance from the 'Victoria Eugenia' Royal Superior Conservatory of Music in Granada. Currently, I am expanding my international artistic trajectory by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Viola Performance at the Conservatorium Maastricht in the Netherlands.
My music career spans extensive orchestral and chamber experiences. I have performed as a member of prominent young orchestras and festivals, including the Orquesta Joven de Andalucía (OJA), the Joven Academia Orquesta Ciudad de Granada (OCG), the Joven Orquesta de la Comunidad de Madrid (JORCAM), the Berlin Opera Academy (BOA), and the Zemtsov Masterfest Festival. Over the course of my training, I have refined my instrumental and orchestral technique through masterclasses.
In addition to my performance work, I am deeply committed to music pedagogy. I have worked as a violin and viola teacher, where I applied my background in education to mentor and motivate young musicians. I am a native Spanish speaker and proficient in English (B2 Trinity College), bringing creativity, leadership, strong communication, and a dedicated work ethic to all my artistic and educational endeavors.
