Over Mariia
When I moved to the Netherlands at the age of 11 with my parents, I first went to a Dutch school, and over the next year grasped the bare basics of the Dutch language, simply byhearing my classmates talk and doing some exercises in Dutch. Then, having been transferred to an English IB school, I have struggled with English; however, mastered it by simply doing the same thing that I did in the Dutch school - listening to my classmates chatting and following the lessons.
I know what it's like to not know a language and I strognly believe that by training your ears to hearing the language and slowly expanding your vocabulary, you can improve quicker than you think, and I will happily help you in this.

I have graduated an English IB school and majored in English Literature, which means that I speak English fluently, and apart from grammar, I could also teach in-depth analysis of English literature.
As I personally prefer a hands-on learning over theory, I would firstly evaluate the level of English of my student by having a simple conversation, give a bit of theory that I would think is necessary, and then move onto doing tasks in English, tailored to improve hte level of English of my student.
I could keep the lessons 60-120 minutes long, depending on the preferences of my student.
