Over Hassan
While I cannot state my experience as a legitimate teacher (being that I have never taken up such a position), I firmly believe in my mastery over the language. Raised and taught in an English speaking environment for the entirety of my life, I have a solid grasp on the grammatical structure and word choice needed to bring vibrant flow to each sentence. Additionally, a lifetime of reading has given me the tools necessary to analyze texts to their most minuscule literary devices.

I take pride in my sociability and likeliness to leave a good first impression. Being a student myself and having an ecstatic personality allow me to correlate with the pace of my potential pupils, while also keeping everything I learnt from school fresh in my mind. I would teach my students differently depending on the focus.
If I am to teach Grammar, I will take a more hands on approach involving lengthy yet engaging explanations of rules and their exceptions, while affirming a student's understanding through application of the lecture.
If I am to teach Writing Skills, I will ensure my students read a variety of diverse works (i.e. speeches, articles, poems, novels, graphic novels) to understand the specific word choice, layout, and literary devices used to form each text's identity. Students will then have to create their own works to establish and confirm their understanding.
If I am to teach Literary Analysis, classes will emphasize discussions on finding applied literary devices and their significance in the text. Literary Analysis will require home reading and note-taking to guarantee a lively class discussion. An essay will be required after every major novel to put hours of learning into play.
