"I believe that various educational frameworks and instructional methods affect students' personalities as well as their academic achievement. I think that tailoring instruction to each student's prefered learning style is the greatest teaching strategy.
In this regard, I would like to take the time to learn a little bit more about my students, such as their strengths, needs, and challenges. After that, I would modify my teaching approach and offer a thorough lesson plan that included both long-term and short-term objectives. I will adhere to the lesson plan for each session and encourage students to learn and review material thoroughly."
