Hello! I’m Iuliia, a CELTA-qualified English language coach based in the Netherlands, specializing in Business English, workplace communication, and relocation adaptation.
Having lived, worked, and integrated across Russia, South Korea, Singapore, and now the Netherlands, I understand the real challenges of navigating a new culture and working in international teams from the inside out. My career spans from working as an Executive Assistant in a multinational automotive joint venture to coaching adult learners and expats.
I don't just teach grammar by the book — I help working professionals and expats build pragmatic competence, overcome language anxiety, and communicate with confidence in any environment.

About My Lessons & Methodology
My lessons are designed to be highly practical, engaging, and tailored specifically to your background and career goals. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all textbooks or passive grammar lectures — every session focuses on active communication and real-world application.
What a typical lesson looks like:
Maximum Speaking Time: Following CELTA methodology, I structure tasks so that you do most of the talking. You will learn grammar and vocabulary through guided discovery, putting new structures into practice right away.
Real-World & Authentic Materials: We work with real workplace scenarios, business case studies, news articles, and authentic audio/video content — not outdated textbook dialogues.
Cross-Cultural Communication: You’ll learn how to navigate subtle cultural differences. We cover direct vs. diplomatic phrasing (e.g., how to give feedback, reject proposals politely, or negotiate across Dutch, British, and Asian business environments).
Targeted Skill Building: Lessons can focus on high-stakes interview preparation, writing clear emails, leading international meetings, or building casual conversational confidence for everyday life abroad.
My Commitment & Atmosphere:
Having moved across four countries myself, I know how intimidating it can be to express yourself in a foreign language. I create a safe, supportive space where you can make mistakes without judgment, build genuine self-belief, and make rapid progress.
Format: Online via Zoom/Google Meet (interactive digital tools and shared notes).
Level: A2 to B2 (Pre-Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate).
Schedule: Preferred morning to early afternoon slots; flexible evening options available upon request.
