Over Sara
I grew up in a very small village in Northern Sweden, in a family of teachers. Since I was very young I have always been looking for ways to see more of the world. For that you need a language that can travel with you, so I made sure to learn English quickly and thoroughly. Seeing the way the world opens up when you can express yourself confidently in a new language was exhilarating to me then, and still is today. I still get a lot of joy from learning new languages myself, but even more from helping others improve. Getting to share in the moment that lightbulb goes off and a new facet of language clicks for a learner brings me immense joy.
Other things that bring me joy are spending time with my husband and enjoying nature walks with our dog. We also have a bit of a board gaming addiction and enjoy travel very much, both of which are made much easier thanks to our shared enthusiasm for languages.

I am a TEFL-certified English tutor with seven years of experience as a corporate trainer in the contact center industry. From 2018 to 2025, I designed and delivered training programs for employees, including extensive communication training in English. My work focused on helping people communicate effectively, professionally, and with confidence in customer-facing and business situations.
I have also lived in Ireland for a year and a half, where I worked in contact centers serving primarily the British market. This gave me valuable experience using English every day in a professional setting and helped me develop a strong understanding of practical, natural communication rather than just textbook English.
