I have attended four of Mike's personal trainings in Muay Thai. I didn't have any prior experience in any fighting sport, so Mike was able to start me off with the basics and still keep it entertaining and rewarding. Despite not doing it for long, I was able to see a lot of progress, and with Mike's approach, I remain very motivated to continue.

I have trained with Mike multiple times, and training with him has been awesome. His teaching style is energetic, clear, and super motivating—he knows exactly how to push you while keeping things fun. Every class is engaging, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Mike is a great guy and a great trainer. I've had around 5 lessons so far and my technique has improved a ton and I have gained confidence. I’ve had lessons before, and Mike’s are among the best. The training is serious but still very fun, and he definitely knows his craft. When he points out mistakes, it doesn’t feel like you did something wrong, more that he’s helping you do better.

I tried out kickboxing for the first time and Mike was the perfect coach/motivator to introduce me to this sport. His patience and enthusiasm really encouraged me and I now can't wait for my next session. Sessions so far have been varied and fun and Mike has really helped me to discover strengths within myself I never knew I had!

Mike is an awesome coach! His trainings are very diverse and fun, combining a variety of exercises, cardio, technique and games. He is a very friendly guy with positive vibes and he is always willing to explain everything again and again and give personalised tips. I feel like he really believes in me and motivates me to improve; every training gets me moving and sweating in the best way, feeling energized and in a great mood for the rest of the day! Highly recommended!

Mike knows how to motivate you to get the most out of yourself! We've done several lessons and I've already seen such a difference in my technique.
