Over Valeria
Hi, I’m Valeria, a 34-year-old originally from Argentina. My journey began in the healthcare system, where I dedicated my life to caring for others. Along the way, I felt drawn to a different kind of healing—the spiritual path. It started with Reiki, a practice that opened my heart to a world of energy, love, and connection. From there, I embarked on a transformative journey: completing my first Yoga Teacher Training, becoming a Family Constellations coach, and this year, finishing my studies as a Doula.
It hasn’t been an easy road. In the midst of my work at the hospital, I experienced burnout—a profound moment that brought me to my knees and taught me the power of deep inner work. It was my spiritual practices that saved me. They brought me back to life, helping me reconnect with my body, honor its needs, and live authentically.
The burnout became my greatest teacher. It taught me to set boundaries, listen to my body’s wisdom, and embrace my own healing. Reiki, in particular, was my anchor—a life force that guided me through waves of emotions, giving me the strength to transform pain into purpose.
Today, I am passionate about helping others reconnect with their own inner light, using the tools that transformed my life. Whether it’s through yoga, Reiki, or family constellations, my mission is to create safe, nurturing spaces for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

In 2019, I received my first Reiki attunement, and from that moment, my life began to transform. Reiki is not just energy healing—it’s a powerful connection to the high frequency of love. This universal energy flows through the practitioner’s hands into the chakras of your body, helping you restore balance, clarity, and peace.
My sessions go beyond traditional Reiki by incorporating Marma massage—a deeply soothing facial massage that amplifies your relaxation and allows you to fully immerse in the healing experience.
Each session takes place in the calming environment of my home, carefully prepared as a sacred space. When you come for your Reiki session, I create a ceremonial atmosphere that honors your journey, helping you release tension, reconnect with your essence, and leave feeling lighter, more centered, and renewed.

Valeria is just a great person with a vocation for being with people and support them on their growing. She just love what she does and you can feel it in her lessons. She takes care of you at any time, correcting your body position and being sure you feel comfortable and relax. Her lessons are just wonderful and I felt deeply relax after all of them. She is always ready to receive feedback after the sessions, which brought me inner peace too, as you see the teacher cares about your health as much as you.
I just recommend you all to try a less with her and just feel it by yourself!Valéria is very qualified for reiki exchange. She has extended her knowledge in the practice and is equipped with the tools needed to offer reiki. Her dedication shows off in everything she does.
