Over ZARA
I'm Zara, and for over seven years, I've been tutoring both young scholars and adults pursuing finance and accounting classes. Holding a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management with a major in Finance from AMSIB Amsterdam, and a Master's in Finance and Investments from RSM Rotterdam, I'm passionate about sharing my expertise in subjects like finance, accounting, corporate finance, and investment. My journey into teaching began in 2017 during my own studies, and since 2020, I've been teaching at international universities. Beyond academics, teaching embodies the essence of empowerment through education, a concept deeply personal to me. Originating from Afghanistan, where educational opportunities were limited, I deeply appreciate the privilege of learning. Since settling in the Netherlands in 2010, I've been committed to paying forward this privilege by guiding and supporting the younger generation. Education transcends mere skill acquisition; it's about empowering individuals and dismantling barriers. Through teaching, I aspire to catalyze change and serve as a beacon of hope for those pursuing their dreams through education. Additionally, my academic journey has been complemented by practical experiences at investment banks and research institutes, culminating in my current endeavor of developing a research proposal on banking ethics
