Over Delphine
I started teaching gymnastics to kids when I was 14. I did a course on body knowledge, pedagogy and security. I became a gymnastics judge and I taught higher levels when I turned 16. I discovered Pole Dancing when I was 22, and fell in love instantly. I followed the Teacher Training Program and starting teaching in 2019. I've been coaching different levels ever since! I look forward to teaching you all my passion and follow your progression.

You will learn how to do tricks on the pole, some floor transitions, and dance moves, depending on your style and what you like! We start with a warm-up that will help increase your body awareness, your stamina, your strength and your flexibility!
Have you never done any sports before? It's completely okay! You have so much to lear, enjoy the journey :) Do you have a dance or acrobatics background? Then we will use what you can do to create impressive and beautiful moves on the pole.
