Over Sara
Hi! I’m Sara from Italy, and since I was young, music has been a constant companion in my life. I’ve always seen it as a powerful form of self-expression and a way to connect with yourself and others. Throughout my clarinet and piano education, I’ve encountered many inspiring teachers and classmates, as well as some challenging moments. Becoming a teacher reflects my wish to share my passion for these instruments. I love helping people discover the joy of music, and I adapt every lesson to make learning effective, fun, creative, and meaningful.
Education:
My educational path started in middle school, when I began studying the clarinet at school and taking private piano lessons. I’ve always studied both instruments with the same level of dedication. However, when I started my Bachelor’s degree, I chose to specialize in clarinet while continuing piano as a minor subject.
During my Master’s studies, I had the chance to deepen my understanding of how to teach both instruments effectively and creatively to students of all ages and skill levels. I also had the opportunity to teach general music at the International School of The Hague, working within the IB system.
All these experiences have shaped the musician and teacher I am today, and I’m truly excited to share my passion for music with all of you.

In my classes, you will find a creative and supportive environment where your individual skills, goals, and musical preferences come first. Taking the time to understand these elements helps me tailor lessons in a creative and effective way, making sure the material and repertoire suit what you enjoy and want to achieve.
I create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable and motivated to explore music at their own pace. Gentle and clear communication is very important to me, so we stay connected and work together to support progress.
If students are interested, I can also help prepare for conservatoire entrance exams or ABRSM graded exams, offering structured guidance to build confidence and readiness.
Whether you’re starting out, looking to improve, or aiming for exams, my lessons are designed to be flexible, engaging, and focused on what matters most to you! :)
