Over Javier
I have been training since 2017 in a heavy bodybuilding atmosphere, where I worked with and learned from highly respected spanish bodybuilders who guided me in my way to the stage. I have been through many different training methods and nutrition plannings, and over the years I have gained Enough knowledge to share my experience with everyone who is willing to finally achieve that objective that has been postponed or lost in the way to it. Depending on your objectives and level, I will adequate the training planning as well as nutrition plan to you and your preferences that you will share with me. Method will be via text messages and/or videocalls.
To track your progress, we will use media as videos to spot the technique and give advices on it and also to track the progress in the physique in order to introduces changes progresivelly.
If the distance permits, I can assist you personally in your training routine.
