Currently, I am enrolled in a Double Bachelor in Psychology and Philosophy at the EUR in Rotterdam.
I have worked as a tutor during my two final years of High School and during a one-year internship in Spain as a language tutor, and I have been tutoring since the beginning of my studies. The main subjects I tutored were languages (English, Spanish, German, Russian), Biology and Cognition, Philosophy, Statistics, and Psychometrics. Now, my aim is to become self-employed and to facilitate stuyding for as many students possible (High School Students as well as Bachelor Students).
My grades for Statistics, Psychometrics, SPSS Biology and Cognition, and Philosophy are all way beyond 8s and 9s.
My approach is different from the one most teachers employ, in that I do not believe in pointless memorization, endless deconstruction of text books, or dry and perpetual theory lessons.
My method focuses on conceptualization, critical and independent thinking, connection of previous and future topics, and active recall and structulization.
I want you to comprehend what you are doing and why, go beyond the scope of current literature (optional), and develop the ability to solve problems even if you did not study for them by means of logical deduction, synthetization, and constructive recall.
If you understand underlying mechanisms and general concepts, you will not have to memorize things like pros and cons of theories, mathematical formulas, chronological orders, or even anatomy.
My aim is to make studying enjoyable and easy.
I am not about the money, which is why initially I will offer lessons for 10 Euros. I want to facilitate life for as many students as possible and gain more experience as tutor.
