Over Erika
I studied Languages, Literatures and Intercultural Studies at the University of Florence. At the moment, I am getting my second BA in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology at the University of Amsterdam. I have always been passionate about foreign languages and cultures. I started giving tutor lesson at a young age because I wished I could share my knowledge with other people and help them get to know a language comprehensively and thoroughly. Italian is my mother tongue, but I have experience in teaching English and Spanish as well.

Practice is the key word - and how to reach fluency in a foreign language. We would enact everyday dialogues in order to learn essential vocabulary and sentence construction, while practicing pronunciation and intonation. Acting out is a really effective because it makes the learning process more fun. Writing is really important as well, and after each lesson I would give a little writing assignment that the student has to prepare for the next lesson.
