Why do I like to give a massage and why is it good to have a massage? I see massages as a healing process for the mind. Each element of human integrity is stored in each body part.Chronic stress, sadness, anxiety, fears are 'trapped' in the body. A massage releases these areas and gives relief and the ground for the next step for example to work on your own mental wellbeing and challenges. Besides, the holistic approach, the massages are proven for the good effects releasing tensions and giving access for oxygen and nutrients to the muscles.
The body is the temple of our integrity so we should take care of it by any means, exercise, massage and give it rest to support a sustainable and healthy life. So any type of massage is beneficial, I invite you to explore types of massages and pilates classes that suit your body and lifestyle.
