Over Anastasia
Hi! I’m Anastasia, currently studying at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where I’m surrounded by an international and highly English-intensive academic environment. I’m passionate about communication, business, leadership, and, of course, languages.
One thing that makes my IELTS journey a little unusual? I prepared for my IELTS exam in just three days — and achieved a Band 8.0. While I wouldn’t necessarily recommend leaving preparation until the last minute, this experience taught me how important it is to understand the exam, work strategically, and focus your preparation on what actually makes a difference.
Beyond studying, I’m a huge sports fan and travel enthusiast. I’m trying to explore as many new places as possible this year, and I love meeting people from different cultures — which is also one of the reasons I enjoy helping others communicate confidently in English.
My goal as a tutor is to make IELTS preparation feel less like memorising rules and more like learning how to communicate with confidence, think strategically, and perform under pressure. Whether you're preparing for university, work, travel, or your next big opportunity, I’d love to help you get there.

My lessons are personalized, structured, and focused on real progress. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all program, I first identify your strengths and areas for improvement, then adapt each lesson to your individual goals and target IELTS score.
We work across Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, combining exam techniques with practical English development. For Writing and Speaking in particular, I provide detailed, constructive feedback and explain exactly how to improve your answers, vocabulary, grammar, coherence, and overall performance.
A typical course may include:
An initial assessment of your current level and goals
A personalized study plan based on your target score
️Writing tasks with detailed corrections and improvement strategies
️Speaking practice with realistic IELTS-style questions and feedback
Reading and Listening strategies to improve accuracy and time management
Regular practice and progress checks to track improvement
My approach is supportive but results-oriented: the goal is not simply to practise IELTS questions, but to understand why an answer works, develop stronger English skills, and become confident enough to perform independently on test day.
The lessons are suitable for students at different English levels who are preparing for IELTS and want structured, individualised support to reach their target score.
