Over Ayaka
I’m a supportive and empathetic person who truly cares about helping others feel less alone in their struggles. I’ve always found that talking things through and showing up side-by-side makes a real difference. During my college years, I realized how hard it was to balance mental health and a messy space — and how much I needed someone just to be there, even to clean with me. Now, I’m here to be that person for others.

We’ll clean one area of your space together in a positive, supportive atmosphere — at your own pace. Whether we divide tasks or clean side by side, the goal is to ease the pressure and help you feel less alone.
Once your space feels lighter, we’ll take time to talk about whatever’s on your mind — so you leave with not just a tidier room, but a clearer head too. At the end, I’ll offer simple cleaning or habit tips to help make daily upkeep feel more manageable.
You don’t have to do it all alone. I’m here to support you — one step at a time.
