Over Gabriela
During my classes, I focus on making students comfortable with the language without being in a comfort zone. During the first class, we set our goals together and find the best way to achieve them.
New vocabulary and structures are presented as we study using different tools, such as news, texts, conversation, images, slides, videos, and podcasts.
The main goal is meaningful learning, therefore, I create experiences that students can relate to; from job interview simulations to travel situations (hotel, airport, immigration).
I also offer students an online classroom service (Google Classroom) with extra activities and links to blogs, videos and etc.
