Over Ariel
I am a flutist from Hong Kong and I have been playing the flute since 2002. Among these years, I have played in various wind orchestras, orchestras and chamber music ensembles.
I have a broad musical interest and I collaborate with pop musicians as well. I played on the track "Caught up" by the Dutch hip-hop artist Sor. I warmly welcome everyone who is interested in flute music to join my class.

- Bachelor of Arts (Music) in Flute and Voice, The Chinese University of Hong Kong
- Flutist in various wind orchestras, orchestras and chamber music ensembles since 2002
= Teaching experience =
Since 2010, I have been giving flute lessons at all levels to all ages from young children to elderly in Hong Kong and the Netherlands, including private lessons and group classes in various schools.
= About the lessons =
In my lessons, I work with students on the breathing technique, flute techniques and musicality. We will work on some pieces as well according to the interests, progress and needs of the student.
I can help students to prepare for ABRSM, Trinity graded exams and all other kinds of performances. I will arrange performing opportunities for students as well.

Fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese

Perfect! Through learning with Ariel, I learned practical breathing techniques which help a lot when I play.
Ariel also discuss with me the type of music I like, and my goal of learning. She also helps to find suitable pieces which I can practice with.
Overall I can see myself improving after having courses with Ariel. I highly recommend!!- Cynthia is patient and respectful. She is willing to learn and to practise. Right now we are working mostly on the basic techniques and she's making a good progress.Antwoord van Ariel :

Specificaties
Travel costs starts from 10 euros extra per lesson (for distance within 5 km from my home), for further distance the travel costs are upon discussion
Each lesson package has to be used up within 1 year dated from the 1st lesson
Intake lesson is of 1 hour with a 50% off discount, so at 22,50 euros
All the rates stated are excl. 21% VAT (Value added tax). For students below 21 years old, it is tax free.
