Wow! Amazing! I appreciate the classes with Maria. I had pain in my lower back for years. Since I started yoga my lower back eased. Maria takes care of it with specific exercises/ asanas. The classes are tailored to me and my needs. She takes the time to explain and teach the asanas/ meditation and the whole package the right way, even online via the camera. I can just recommend working with Maria because she can help you focus and reach your goals.

Ik krijg elke week les van Maria en ik merk dat, dat mij heel erg heeft veranderd. Ik ben veel sterker geworden en kan nu veel beter ademen tijdens een yoga pose. Ze is altijd heel erg geïnteresseerd en zorgt altijd dat je je comfortabel voelt. Ik raad haar lessen heel erg aan! ️

Maria is een heel bijzonder en warm persoon met veel empathie en een hele fijne energie. Iedereen die bij haar in de buurt is voelt haar liefde en aandacht en voelt zich hierdoor al beter. Ze kijkt heel goed naar de mens die ze tegenover zich heeft en sluit de yoga en alle oefeningen die daarbij horen helemaal persoonlijk daarbij aan. Ik heb de lessen van Maria als heel prettig ervaren en het is zeker een aanrader om haar lessen te volgen!
