Over Maria Isolina
My name is Maria Isolina Cozzani and I’m an Italian/German violinist currently based in Arnhem.
I’m now attending my second Master at ArtEZ University of the Arts as a violinist, composer and performer in the field of Jazz and Contemporary music and multimedia arts.
I moved to the Netherlands in September 2021 and I’m looking forward to combine my studies with a teaching experience.
I’ve been a teacher in music schools and a private teacher in the past 9 years in Italy. Mostly I’ve been teaching violin, but I also have experience in teaching music theory, harmony at the piano, basic piano and band coaching.
I have a huge passion for music and arts, years of experience as a performing artist, as a violinist within ensembles and orchestras and as a music educator in various private schools.

We will start with finding out what are your wishes and setting learning goals.
The lesson will be one-to-one and can have a duration from half an hour/1 hour depending on your needs and schedule.
We will always start from your musical wishes and sort out what kind of techniques we need to develope musical skills on the instrument.
I graduated in classical violin (Bachelor+Master) in 2016 and in jazz violin (Bachelor) in 2020. Currently I'm a second year Master student in the jazz&pop music department at ArtEZ University of the Arts.
The lessons are ment for every age and level.
The lessonscan take place at my house and will be in english, italian or german (since I'm italian/german).
