My background moves through psychology, HR, coaching, systemic work, youth development, experiential learning and community work.

Over the years, I have coached, mentored and worked with people from many different countries and walks of life, often during periods of transition, uncertainty and change. I have supported more than 100 young adults individually and in groups and worked with hundreds of participants through international learning and personal-development programmes.

I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Health and Human Resource Performance. I am also an accredited coach, a registered non-formal educator and trained in systemic thinking and facilitation.

My style is curious, direct, warm and human. I listen carefully, ask questions, notice patterns with you and challenge you when that may be useful. I also support you in creating enough structure to find your own way forward.

I don’t see coaching as telling someone how their life should look. I see it as creating a space where you can think honestly, understand yourself and your situation more clearly, and begin making choices that feel genuinely yours.

For when you know something needs to change, but you’re not yet sure what.

I work mainly with people in their 20s and 30s who find themselves somewhere in between: between jobs, directions, versions of themselves, countries, relationships with work, or simply between “this doesn’t quite fit anymore” and “I don’t know what comes next.”

You might come to me because you’re questioning your career, considering a change, trying to find direction after a transition, struggling to choose between different possibilities, or feeling stuck even though everything may look “fine” from the outside.

I don’t believe coaching is about giving you the right answer. I’m more interested in supporting your understanding of the questions underneath the question: what matters to you, what keeps repeating, what you may have outgrown, what you’re afraid to move towards, and what becomes possible when you look at your situation from a different angle.

At the same time, I like things to move. Reflection is valuable, but so is doing something with what you discover. Our conversations can move between understanding yourself more deeply and turning that understanding into choices, experiments and practical next steps.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Sometimes figuring out what the real question is becomes the first part of the work.

Sessions can support you with:
- career direction and professional transitions;
- making an important decision;
- feeling stuck or uncertain about what comes next;
- understanding recurring patterns;
- reconnecting with your values, strengths and motivation;
- navigating relocation or a new phase of life;
- using reflection to reach a practical next step.
