Over Juana
My name is Juana Justicia, and I'm a passionate flute player with a master's degree from HKU Utrecht Conservatorium and almost starting another master in Neuroscience of Music, intended for musicotherapy and healthy/positive teaching methods.
With over eight years of teaching experience, I've successfully taught private lessons to students of all levels and ages.

My main goal is to inspire and motivate students, helping them see music as a safe and enjoyable space, whether they're into it as a hobby or aiming for a professional career.
I take a personalized approach to teaching, getting to know each student's unique relationship with music so I can tailor the lessons to fit their needs. While I specialize in classical flute, I also teach other genres. In addition to my classical music background, I've taken jazz lessons, perform in a Latin music group, collaborate with a DJ to create ambient music, and have been familiar with flamenco since I was a kid. I also have experience teaching pop, improvisation, and contemporary effects.
I can teach in English and Spanish, also I know some Italian, Greek, Portuguese and French, as well as I am currently learning Dutch.
I'm excited about the chance to bring my passion for music and teaching skills to you!!!
