Below is my bio:
I am a Dutch director, writer, and producer. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of television and film projects in Canada, Germany, France, and the U.S. Some of my notable credits include GIRL UNBOUND: THE WAR TO BE HER (2016), which premiered at TIFF and aired on PBS, DIPLO PRESENTS @LARGE (2015) for Red Bull Media House, FRIDAY NIGHT (2016), and HEAVY (2019), my directorial debut starring Sophie Turner and Daniel Zovatto. My work has been recognized and awarded at prestigious film festivals such as Sundance, Cannes, Tribeca, and TIFF.
In 2015, I joined FullDawa Films as a partner and producer, where I focus on international projects driven by strong directors. As a director, I am known for my visually stunning films, including HEAVY and CANDYLAND, a post-modern silent film about prescription drug abuse. The Huffington Post described CANDYLAND as "a harrowing tale that spirals downward," and praised its ability to convey so much in such a short amount of time.
My upcoming projects include HERETICS, a photorealistic animated SPACE SAGA exploring artificial intelligence and human consciousness, and A MADMAN I AM NOT, a surrealist fictional biography on Salvador Dali that I wrote and will direct.

Curriculum
Every class would be tailor made, it can be taught in a traditional course form or in a mentor fashion depending on your expertise and needs. (English or Dutch)
It will cover the following areas:
1. Film Production: This module would give students insight into the film production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production. Students can develop their own ideas for a short film and plan the production from start to finish.
2. Screenwriting: This module would cover the fundamentals of screenwriting, including structure, character development, and dialogue. Students would learn how to write a compelling script and would have the opportunity to workshop their ideas.
3. Acting: This module would introduce students to the principles of acting for film, including character development, rehearsal techniques, and on-set etiquette.
4. Cinematography: This module would delve into the art and craft of cinematography, including camera placement, movement, and lenses.
5. Editing and Post-Production: This module would cover the process of assembling and refining a film in post-production, including editing techniques, color grading, and sound design. Students can also work on the edit of their own films.
6. Marketing and Distribution: This module would cover the business side of the film industry, including how to market and distribute a film. Students would learn about different distribution platforms and strategies, and would develop a marketing plan for their own films.
