I have professionally studied philosophy and music, later on I switched to learning and then teaching yoga as it combined spirituality and practical approach. I adore transpersonal psychology, and I truly believe humanity now is entering a new chapter of history. Based on love and compassion, where our main compass is our heart and intuition. Therefore I see meditation as a very powerful tool to connect to yourself. Proved to work given proper understanding and aligning values.

I have been practicing yoga since 2014, taught in groups and individually for several years. This meditation is simple and effective, can be practiced on your own as well, when you're ready. Suits people with some prior yoga, meditation, psychotherapy experience even better. The more consciousness and sensitivity you have, the more stable and effective the process is.
